It is our policy to accept merchandise returns within fourteen
(14) days of the original purchase date. If you are not satisfied for
any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund if it is:
- New and unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a copy of the packing list provided with the original purchase
The following products may NOT be returned:
- Special or custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchange

The return must be initiated within 14 days of your
receipt of the merchandise. Exceptions may apply for gift items. If
returning to an item to Rolltideworld.com, you are responsible for all freight
charges. However, you will be credited for shipping if the product was
damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Merchandise
returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or purchasing Gift Card only.
Defective merchandise may be exchanged for other merchandise of
equal or greater value outside of the policy with approval from an
authorized Rolltideworld.com associate. Please contact our customer service

Return and Exchange Policy
We want our customers to be happy with the merchandise they
purchase from Rolltideworld.com. To ensure complete satisfaction, we offer a
comprehensive return and exchange policy.
When you receive your purchase from Rolltideworld.com, examine it
carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order,
e-mail us at info@rolltideworld.com.
Explain the problem and we will give you instructions and a
return authorization (RA) number so that you may return the item. This
number must be written on the outside of the return package so that it
can be easily identified. Returns will not be accepted without prior
authorization.
All returned merchandise must be in like-new condition, and
accompanied by the original packing slip and receipt, the original
packing (including gift box), and all warranty materials.
It is recommended that all returned merchandise should be
delivered via the same shipping company used by Rolltideworld.com to ship the
original merchandise. We also advise that the item be insured for its
full value.Rolltideworld.com is not responsible for returned merchandise lost
or damaged in transit.*
Upon receipt of your order, with all required information
and materials, we will either ship a replacement or credit the original
purchase in the form of the original payment based on your request. If
you are returning an item within the first fourteen days of purchase,
please note whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Credit
processing will occur as soon as possible, usually within three days of
our receipt of merchandise.
If you are exchanging an item, please inform the customer
service representative at the time you receive the RA number which item
you would like in exchange. This is so we can have your new merchandise
ready to be shipped upon receipt of the exchange merchandise.
Any order returned without an RA number will be processed as
a return. Rolltideworld.com will not process exchanges without prior return
authorization.
*Shipping charges will be refunded only if the wrong item was sent or the item is defective.
We advise that the item be insured for its full value. Rolltideworld.com is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or
damaged in transit.

Credit
Qualifying returns to Rolltideworld.com will be refunded for
the amount paid for the product, including any sales tax if applicable.
The customer is responsible for the original freight charges and any
return freight charges, except as noted below. Credit will be applied to
the original purchasing credit card account number or purchasing gift
card within 30 days from the time we receive your returned shipment.
Credit can only be issued if the item being returned is:
- New and unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a copy of the packing list provided with the original purchase
If your return is due to damaged or defective merchandise,
or the item was shipped in error, you will be refunded your entire
purchase amount, including shipping. Your return shipping will also be
credited. To ensure proper credit for your return shipping, please
include a copy of the shipping receipt in your return package.
Any item determined to be ineligible for credit will be
documented and your options will be communicated to you via e-mail.
Failure to respond to the options outlined in the time frame documented
in the e-mail will result in the items being returned to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item(s) reaches you that appears to have been damaged in
shipping or was defective out of the box, save the shipping carton and
please contact us at info@rolltideworld.com for immediate assistance.
All claims for goods damaged in shipping must be made with the
carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. If you return items damaged
in shipping to Rolltideworld.com without first contacting us, you may lose
your right to make a claim with the carrier.
Warranty Claims
Some products sold by Rolltideworld.com carry a manufacturer's
warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original
product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many
manufacturers' products, or may be found on their websites. Should you
have a problem with any item covered under a manufacturer's warranty, Rolltideworld.com will do its best to assist you. Due to restrictions on
accepting warranty returns at Rolltideworld.com, please email us at
info@rolltideworld.com prior to returning any merchandise to Rolltideworld.com for
warranty consideration.
Shortages
Depending on the type of product ordered, some orders may
ship in multiple cartons and may arrive in separate cartons on a
different day. Before contacting Rolltideworld.com to report a shortage,
please check your packing slip to verify what was shipped on the order
you received. Please note that all claims for shortages must be made
with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. please email us at
